My experience getting a service appointment at Kitchener ford was excellent! The service staff is very accommodating and Charita helped me through the process. I received text messages to notify me of my appointment and when my vehicle entered the shop, as well as when the job was complete and my car was ready to be picked up. Awesome service !!
Attention to detail makes the difference. Kitchener ford addressed every concern I had, and let me know the progress of the work throughout each step. I was able to communicate through text which was helpful as I was unable to take a few of their calls at work. Great experience overall.
Spent a Sunday afternoon browsing the parking lot, kicking tires so to speak and decided to purchase. Got hooked up with Adam Lewis in sales in Tuesday and had my new F150 on Friday. Adam is amazing as is Sandy McGill in the finance dept. This is our 3rd purchase from this dealer and the first since it changed to Kitchener Ford. Will we be back? Hell yes!
